What amenities do we offer at Chinook RV Resort?
At Chinook RV Resort, we offer a wealth of amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. This includes full hook-up sites, clean hot showers, laundry facilities, a mini-mart and recreation hall, kids’ playground, firewood for sale, and free WiFi throughout our park. We also have a private dock and boat launch (availability varies by season) and tent camping sites. Our resort features two types of vacation condos with full kitchens, private decks, and other amenities.
What are the rates for staying at Chinook RV Resort?
Our rates depend on what you’re interested in. For RV sites, the daily rate ranges from $50.00 for a standard site to $60.00 for a riverside view. We also offer weekly and monthly rates. Tent camping rates are $25 daily, $125 weekly, and $300 monthly. Additionally, we provide vacation rentals via Airbnb. For the most current and detailed rates, we recommend checking our rate page or calling our office.
How does our reservation process work?
Reservations can be made online on our website or by directly calling our park office. All reservations must be guaranteed with payment, and the rates include 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age, 1 RV, and 1 vehicle. Please be informed that we reserve the right to reassign sites, although we make every effort to honor your original site choice.
What is our cancellation policy?
For daily and weekly reservations, we offer a refund of 90% of deposits if cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to arrival. If the cancellation happens less than 14 days prior, the refund is 75% of deposits. Unfortunately, we can’t provide refunds for cancellations 48 hours or less prior to arrival. For monthly reservations, the refund policy is similar but with a 30-day timeframe instead of 14 days.
Can you bring your boat to our resort?
Yes, you can. However, due to ever-changing water levels on the Klamath River, we recommend calling ahead to confirm dock availability. Our docks are designed for a standard 12’-14’ aluminum boat with a maximum allowed size of 16 feet. You must bring your own bumpers to protect your boat and our dock. Please note that oversized boats are not allowed.
Do we offer any discounts?
Yes, we do. We accept various memberships for discounts on daily rates only. We offer a 10% discount for veterans/military, first responders, AAA, Good Sam, and AARP members. A special discount is also available for Passport America members. Please call our office directly with a valid membership number to apply the Passport America discount.
What happens if you can’t verify your affiliation for a discount at check-in?
We must stress that discounts applied online or over the phone are subject to verification of affiliation at the time of check-in. If the affiliation cannot be established, all discounts will be reversed.
